BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
- Please refer to the General Rules found on the fair website under the Livestock tab before completing your entry. Please pay attention to registration deadlines for each department, as outlined in the General Rules for the respective department. Be Sure to print a copy of the General Rules and specific Class/Show Rules for your Entry and follow them accordingly.
- Each exhibitor will need to ‘sign-in’ and create their own separate account, with a password. Be sure to keep your password for future access. When you register as an Exhibitor you will see a reference to "Passport". We are NOT using this option this year, therefore please do NOT choose the Passport option.
- ALL registrations must be in an individual Exhibitor name. Clubs or Schools must have one (1) main registrant, before proceeding to register the Club or the School. All fields must be completed. If there is a field that does not pertain to you, please enter "N/A".
- Livestock Exhibitors: Primise ID and Ethic Numbers are required. If you do not have these at the time of registration enter 0000's. You are then responsible to email your number(s) to: livestockquestions@swflcfair.com when you receive it. Deadline for both Ethics and Primise ID numbers is February 2, 2024.
Please confirm all registration information is correct, as premiums are paid by check and mailed after closeout of the Fair. Incorrect or incomplete information will result in delaying or not receiving your premium check.
REGISTRATION FEES ARE DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION - HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD READY.

When completing your registration, you must proceed to the end and click "Check -Out " (even if the Balance Due is $0.00), and then click 'SUBMIT'. A receipt will be emailed to you at the email address you provide. If you do not receive a receipt, you ARE NOT REGISTERED. Print – or save - your receipt and keep it for your records.
By registering for the Fair, you hereby agree to abide by the Terms, Conditions, Rules, and Policies for the Southwest Florida and Lee County Fair Association, Inc. Please print the General Rules and specific Class /Show Rules for your Entry and follow them accordingly. To begin the registration process, click the red "SIGN IN" button at the top right corner of this screen.
